Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of FileBeam. By requesting an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Accounts

Accounts are issued after review and are personal to you or your organisation. You are responsible for keeping credentials safe and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FileBeam in the ways listed in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. We may suspend or remove content and accounts that breach it.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on free plans. Paid plans carry the service levels stated at sign-up.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the status page and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
